Enjoying another Labor Day weekend at one of the best RV resorts in the Keys Key Palms. Chris is the best host of all the different camping places we’ve been to. He doesn’t stop when he’s there and he’s the most friendliest and most helpful person. I know I highly recommend this resort, especially since it’s so close to Miami and the pool the space for the kayaks or jet skis is awesome if they could change anything maybe making a little bit more affordable but overall I give it a 10 as one of the best in all of Florida.

This is the perfect stay for couples or families. The property is maintained daily by very efficient staff who are there to help in any way possible. Easy water access makes a day of boating a pleasure and the docks are lit at night for your evening sunset cruises. The pool and hot tub are maintained daily along with the shower areas to make for a highly sought out vacation spot. I would highly recommend Keys Palm Resort as it is smaller than the huge pack em in RV Resorts and cater to families to make their stay memorable. This resort also welco.es pets so life can go on as usual with your fur babies being part of your vacation. Kudos 👏 to Keys Palms for making our vacation a pleasurable experience.

My family and I just checked out, and after reading some of these horrible reviews, I’m honestly in awe and I just had to share my thoughts and experience. I was there to witness firsthand the so-called “chaos,” and it’s very clear that the negative reviews are coming from people who simply didn’t get their way. Resorts have policies, restrictions, and rules for a reason. When those weren’t in their favor, they are clearly trying to create their own narrative here. For one, we had some friends come visit us who were staying at the holiday inn and had absolutely no issue at all.

For example, some things we witnessed were the kids in that group were being rude and throwing trash everywhere. That’s just one of many red flags I had seen. Things escalated so badly that the police had to be called for whatever reason. I even saw a woman on a jet ski take off with three kids, clearly trying to hide from the authorities which was just pathetic and endangering children.

Some reviewers even claimed they were “discriminated against,” which I find shocking and impossible to believe. The staff at Keys Palms were nothing but kind, professional, and helpful with every question and concern we had. Seeing the behavior of these individuals firsthand confirmed for me that the issue wasn’t the resort it was the people trying to justify their own actions.

With that being said, I want to highlight how BEAUTIFUL this property truly is. The amenities are excellent, the location is unbeatable, right on the water and everything was well-kept. it’s a clean, safe, and well-run resort with a gorgeous setting, Keys Palms was amazing and definitely booking again soon !

Fue nuestra primera vez visitando el RV resort, quedamos encantados con la vista, y las instalaciones del resort. Convenientemente ubicado cerca de Winn Dixie, restaurantes y bares a corta distancia, ya sea caminando o en carro. We had such a wonderful stay at this RV resort in the Keys! The property is beautiful, well-kept, and perfectly located for a relaxing getaway. Everything from the amenities to the views made our trip memorable.

What truly stood out, though, was the amazing customer service. Alba went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay. She’s attentive and genuinely makes you feel like family.
